By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as a consumer and not for resale purposes.
Products
Product descriptions, measurements, and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and natural variations in fabrics and materials.
Many Moda de la Maria garments are made-to-order or bespoke. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements and specifications when placing an order.
All products are subject to availability.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP (£), EUR (€), or USD ($), depending on your selected region.
Moda de la Maria is not currently VAT registered; therefore, VAT is not charged on UK orders.
Customers outside the United Kingdom may be required to pay local taxes, import duties, customs fees, or handling charges upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our secure checkout. We accept major debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- United States & International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and courier services.
Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-order garments and bespoke commissions are created specifically for the customer and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. Alteration services may be offered at the customer's expense.
Ready-to-wear clothing may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Other jewellery, including necklaces, bracelets, and rings, may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Jewellery is not refundable.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Cancellation Rights (UK & EU Consumers)
Under applicable consumer protection laws, customers may cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving their goods.
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Made-to-order garments
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Earrings for hygiene reasons

Liability
