Returns & Exchange Policy

At Moda de la Maria, each piece is handcrafted with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you need to request an exchange, please read our policy below.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items

All made-to-order garments and bespoke commissions are created especially for you.

As each garment is individually handcrafted to order, made-to-order garments and bespoke commissions are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Should your garment require adjustments, we are happy to offer alteration services at the client's expense.

Ready-to-Wear Clothing & Jewellery

Ready-to-wear clothing may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition with all labels attached.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Other jewellery, including necklaces, bracelets, and rings, may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

Jewellery is not eligible for refunds.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or returned without their original packaging.

International & U.S. Exchanges

For U.S. and international clients, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item, excluding any shipping charges.

Store credit may be used towards any future purchase on modadelamaria.com.

Please note that new shipping charges and any applicable duties or taxes will apply to replacement orders.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was not arranged or the parcel was not collected, we will happily resend it once it has been received back.

Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with resending the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
