Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery — UK & Europe

UK: 2–3 business days

Europe: 5–7 business days

All EU orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that local VAT, import duties, and handling fees may be charged by the courier upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders include tracking where available. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct, as we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched.

United States & International Delivery

United States: Orders are shipped via DHL Express. Most orders under $800 USD enter duty-free. For larger orders, duties and taxes may be assessed by U.S. Customs and are the customer's responsibility.

Rest of the World: Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Duties, taxes, or customs fees may be payable on delivery depending on local laws.

Made-to-Order Garments

For made-to-order garments, please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for creation before dispatch.
