Will I Be Charged Customs Duties or VAT on My Order?

United Kingdom
No. Moda de la Maria is a UK-based small business and is not currently VAT registered. Therefore, VAT is not charged on UK orders.

European Union (EU)
Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and courier and are the responsibility of the customer.

United States
Most personal orders valued under $800 USD enter the United States duty-free. For higher-value orders, U.S. Customs may apply duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Rest of the World
Depending on your country's regulations, local duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges may apply upon arrival. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Are Shipping Costs Included in the Product Price?

No. We believe in transparent pricing and do not build shipping costs into our product prices.

Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout and reflect the true cost of secure, insured delivery. This approach allows our clients to pay only for the shipping service required for their destination.

Do You Offer Order Tracking?

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey from our London atelier to your door.

Where available, couriers also provide contactless delivery options for added convenience and peace of mind.
